    HORRIBLE COSTOMER SERVICE!! I GUESS I HAD MY IDENITY STOLEN, BUT COMCAST SET UP CABLE SERVICE AT SOME RESIDENCE THAT THEY WON’T TELL ME, BUT THEN THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OK TO CHARGE ME!!!!! I DON’T KNOW HOW THAT WASN’T SUSPICIOUS AT ALL TO CHARGE IT TO ANOTHER RESIDENCE!!! BUT THEY DID!! NOW THEY WANT ME TO PROVE THAT I’M ME AND THAT I DIDN’T LIVE AT ANOTHER ADDRESS, OF COURSE I’M MAD, SO THEY JUST HANG UP ON ME!!!!!

    I would like to know what specials I am eligible for as a very long term customer. I am very tired of being lied to by your salespeople. I would like this to be dealt with by your Customer Loyalty Department.I have been given 4 different “packages” that are increasingly expensive and never what I was promised. I need a package that is less than $140 including all fees. I have an antenna, so a “Broadcast TV” fee is unreasonable.I am almost ready to take everything back to your store and go with Direct TV permanently. Your sales people never listen, they simply argue as trained. I have spent so much time on the phone with your morons that I wonder how you stay in business. I do not want sports or broadcast television. I would like HBO and Showtime. The most important stations to me are History, USA, FX, TBS,BBCand the cable channels. I was told that what your last person waas getting me would be less than what I was paying before, which was $145 with HBO included. Help? Marcie Neville
