I use your site a lot and so far have had no problems. however… i have one now and it has not been resolved. We are on a cruise caught up in the coronavirus situation and have had to change our plans. I therefore called and cancelled one of my air tickets as we had to make new ones. I cannot get into my account. You wont let me. I dont know why but I could do nothing online. I even changed my password as suggested online, but all that came back was that the service was down. Therefore I called you from the ship. First time i was on for an hour, someone took info and then did not get back to me, so i hung up. Second time I got through to someone and it was resolved I hope. It took half an hour to cancel my flight. the res. No. is 7482012397867 and it was a flight from Dubai to London on 19th March. They said it was cancelled and I would get some money back, and would confirm by e mail. No one ever e mailed me back and now I once again cannot get into my account. Please can you e mail me and confirm its been cancelled. I would like some money back if I can get it.
